It is incredible–loads of power, long lasting and quick charging batteries, easy to hold for long periods of time, one hand chuck, good feel in the hand, and dual speed range (IMHO) is just right.

A lot of power and a great price for a dewalt 18 volt. Comes with back up battary and charger, it will rarely loses a power.

I have had this drill for about six months and am very happy with it. I am a homeowner so I can’t speak as to how this drill would function during all day use. So far, I have not noticed any of the battery life problems . I picked up a set of the Dewalt hex shank bits and have not noticed any slippage. All in all a great drill. I can’t imagine ever installing curtain rods, assembling bookcases, etc. with a corded drill and/or screwdriver again! ( Sammy G. Duncan )
